These policies are in place to support a calm, respectful experience for every client and to protect the time and energy required to provide intentional care. By scheduling an appointment with Sweet 2B Sugared, you agree to the following.

HEALTH & ILLNESS

If you are feeling unwell in any capacity, please do not attend your appointment. This includes cold, flu, fever, or other symptoms of illness.

If you arrive to your appointment while unwell or choose to attend despite this policy, your appointment will be canceled and a fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled services will be charged.

RESERVATIONS

Appointments are limited and scheduled intentionally. To secure your desired date and time, booking in advance is recommended.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Please arrive on time so your service can be completed fully and without disruption.

CHECK IN & CLIENT FORMS

After booking, required client intake forms are sent via text and email.

All forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments will be canceled if forms are not completed within this time frame.

Upon arrival, please text to check in. You will be notified when it is time to enter the studio.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled services. This policy allows availability to be offered to other clients and respects the time set aside for your care.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointments are scheduled with time allotted for proper service and sanitation.

A 7 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive 8 minutes or more past your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled and a fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled services will be charged.

NO SHOWS

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice will be charged a fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled services. Sweet 2B Sugared operates by appointment only.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Standard cancellation policies apply year round. During winter months, exceptions may be made if the metro area is under an official weather advisory and travel is deemed unsafe by either the client or Sweet 2B Sugared.

In these cases, rescheduling within the 24 hour window may be permitted without penalty.

PRICES & SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice and may vary based on products or procedures.

Clients are encouraged to confirm pricing and services at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments must be exact.

PAYMENT & REJECTED TRANSACTIONS

Payment is due in full immediately following your appointment.

Failure to pay for services rendered will be treated as theft. Sweet 2B Sugared reserves the right to contact authorities and pursue collection, legal, or court fees if necessary. Clients with unpaid balances will be prohibited from future booking.

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in service pricing. While always appreciated, gratuity is not required.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Services, products, packages, programs, promotions, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All services are provided in a professional environment focused on wellness and care.

If a client behaves inappropriately, the service will be stopped immediately. Sweet 2B Sugared reserves the right to charge 100 percent of booked services and to refuse future appointments.

CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS

Services are provided to clients 18 years and older only.

Children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.

CELL PHONES

Please silence cell phones upon arrival and maintain a quiet studio environment.

If you need to take a call, notify your provider so it can be done without disrupting others. Phone use may shorten the length of your service.

ALCOHOL & DRUG USE

Sweet 2B Sugared is not responsible for the consumption of alcohol, prescription, or non-prescription substances on or off the premises.

The studio is not liable for injuries or incidents that occur during or after your visit.

AGREEMENT

By booking an appointment with Sweet 2B Sugared, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. A credit card authorization is required for appointment approval.
