Feeling Sick?!

If you are not feeling well in any form, do NOT come to your appointment. If you cannot comply with this guideline and still come to your appointment, there will be a fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled charged and your appointment will be canceled.

RESERVATIONS

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve an appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking. See cancellation policy below for more details. Please try to be respectful of everyone’s time, including yours, by arriving on time for your reservation.

CHECK IN/FORMS

Upon booking your appointment you are sent client form via text and email. These forms MUST be filled out 24 hours prior to your appointment or your appointment will be canceled. We ask that you text when you have arrived and we will let you know when you can enter into Sweet 2B Sugared LLC.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Sweet 2B Sugared’s scheduling policies. Should you need to edit, cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. Any cancellation or edit to appointment requested less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of your total services. We recognize the time of everyone is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

LATE ARRIVAL

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service and proper cleaning. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We have a 7 minute late policy. If you are 8 minutes or more late we will have to cancel your appointment and there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment charged. 

NO SHOW/NO CALL

Clients who no show/no call will be canceled and there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment charged. Please remember that our staff works by appointment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Sweet 2B Sugared’s standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the metro area is under a winter weather advisory and you or Sweet 2B Sugared believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for either party to travel to the studio, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice and may vary due to products or procedures. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs. All major credit cards are accepted. If paying in cash it must be exact. 

REJECTED PAYMENT

It is your responsibility to pay in full for services IMMEDIATELY following your appointment. If you cannot pay for services rendered, the authorities will be contacted IMMEDIATELY as that is considered theft and charges will be filed. You will also be responsible for any and all collection, attorney, and court fees if any. 

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. It is greatly appreciated, but not required.

REFUND POLICY

We regret that ALL products, services, packages/series, programs, promotional services or gift certificate sales are absolutely non-refundable.

PROFESSIONALISM

Our trained staff are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately. Sweet 2B Sugared has the right to charge 100% of services booked if service is stopped. We have the right to refuse services to anyone.

YOUNG CHILDREN/EXTRA GUEST

We do not perform services on anyone under 18 years of age. There are no extra guest or children allowed at your service. Please arrange someone to take care of your children during your services. Children are not permitted in the studio.

CELL PHONES

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

ALCOHOL  & DRUG CONSUMPTION POLICY 

Sweet 2B Sugared LLC is NOT responsible for any alcohol, prescription, or non prescription drugs consumed on this property. Sweet 2B Sugared LLC is NOT responsible for any injury/accidents in our facility and/or any injury/accidents that may occur after the guest has left our facility.

When you schedule your appointment with Sweet 2B Sugared LLC., you are agreeing to these policies and terms above. A credit card authorization form must be filled out in order for your appointment to be approved.
